Products Description
6CrW2Si/1.2550 steel is a steel grade formed by adding a certain amount of tungsten on the basis of chromium silicon steel, because tungsten helps to preserve the finer grains during quenching, and obtains higher toughness in the tempered state.

4.More temperature strength and hardenability than 4CrW2Si and 5CrW2Si
①Suitable for low-deformation steel and Cr12 series steel that are made of carbon steel with insufficient load-bearing capacity,
and are made of oil-quenched steel, which are prone to brittleness, but are made of high-speed steel or high-strength steel, and
are uneconomical and high-wear molds.
②This steel can be used when the main failure mode is wear and collapse.
③Suitable for manufacturing scissors, slicing punches, etc.
④It can be used for punching dies, press dies, casting finishing tools, pneumatic chisels, etc. that work under heavy loads.
⑤As a hot processing steel, it can produce screws and hot riveting punches.
⑥High temperature die-cast light alloy head.
⑦Hot forging die, etc.
