Production process of C276 Hastelloy alloy:
To smelt hastelloy c276 round bar, it is necessary to first select suitable alloy C276 raw materials and conduct analysis and testing of chemical composition and physical properties. According to specific manufacturing requirements, raw materials are pre treated, such as shearing, forging, etc. Then heat the raw materials to an appropriate temperature. Common heat treatment methods include solution treatment and quenching treatment. Solid solution treatment can improve the macroscopic and microscopic structure of hastelloy alloys, thereby enhancing their mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. After producing hastelloy C276 steel ingots, they are subjected to hot rolling or hot extrusion, and the ingots are initially formed by rolling or extrusion machines. Hot rolling and extrusion are commonly used metal forming processes that can deform raw materials and form tubular shapes. Finally, precision roll and polish the hot rolled bars to get the qualified hastelloy C276 round bar.
